A Coaching Approach Built on Grace, Honesty, and Growth

Grace

We all have, do, and will make mistakes. I believe we need compassion for ourselves — especially when we’re trying to grow. This is not about perfection. It’s about learning, adjusting, and continuing forward.

Openness

Progress starts with honesty. I’ll encourage you to be open about what you’re struggling with, what you’re good at, and what you really want. When you’re working to find the strong, confident you inside, this is not the time to be shy.

Determination

Obstacles and setbacks will happen. That doesn’t mean you’ve failed. I’ll help you keep pursuing your goals even when life gets busy, motivation dips, or things don’t go exactly as planned.

Commitment

I’m here to help you stay committed to what you say you want. Not in a harsh or guilt-driven way, but in a way that reminds you that your needs, health, and goals matter too.

Responsibility

Part of growth is learning to take ownership of what is within your power to change — and letting go of what isn’t yours to control. I’ll help you focus on the next right step.

Gratitude

Comparison is the thief of joy, and gratitude is money in your soul bank. I believe gratitude helps us see what we can do, what we do have, and how much progress is already happening.

Your Health Is Bigger Than a Number

My vision is for everyone to toss their scale at home in the trash.

But really, I believe health is personal. What works for one person doesn’t work for everyone — and it may not even work for two people the same way. You are you. The only you. Your life, responsibilities, habits, strengths, struggles, and goals are different from anyone else’s.

That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all coaching.

My goal is to help you take the time to get to know yourself, find tools that actually fit your life, and build habits that help you move toward your version of ideal health and wellness.

Coaching for Real People with Real Lives

I love working with people who want to feel better but aren’t sure where to start — or who have started before and need support staying consistent.

Salt Health Coaching may be a good fit for you if you:

  • Want to feel stronger, healthier, and more energized
  • Feel overwhelmed by conflicting health advice
  • Want help creating realistic nutrition habits
  • Need guidance getting started or staying consistent with exercise
  • Are tired of all-or-nothing thinking
  • Want accountability without judgment
  • Are ready to take better care of yourself, but don’t know what your next step should be

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you start. That’s what I’m here for.
